Sakarita™
A zesty Sakarita™ combining the smoothness of Oishii Clear Sake with lime and a touch of agave. Perfect for a refreshing twist on a classic.
Ingredients
2 oz Clear Oishii
1 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 oz triple sec (or any orange liqueur)
1/2 oz agave syrup (or simple syrup)
Ice cubes
Salt (for rimming the glass)
Lime wedge (for garnish)
Steps
1. Prepare the Glass:
- Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass.
- Dip the rim into a plate of salt to coat it evenly.
- Set the glass aside.
2. Mix the Drink:
- In a cocktail shaker, add the sake, lime juice, triple sec, and agave syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
3. Serve:
- Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice cubes.
- Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
- Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
4. Enjoy:
