Prepare the Glass:

1. Chill a martini glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
2. Optionally, rub a lychee or lemon wedge around the rim of the glass.

Mix the Drink:

1. In a cocktail shaker, add 2 ounces of Oishii Cloudy Sake, 1 ounce of Giffard Lychee Liqueur, and 1 ounce of lychee juice.
2. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice (about 0.5 ounces).
3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
4. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.

Serve:

1. Remove the martini glass from the freezer.
2. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the chilled glass.

Garnish:

1. Garnish with a whole lychee fruit or a lemon twist.
